Original payment method is refunded on returns made within 7 days. Store credit is issued within 30 days, we cannot accept returns past that date.

Please contact Jessica at adorn_frankenmuth@yahoo.com for online returns. We can email you a prepaid label at a discounted rate + deduct that price from your refund, or you can send items to us at 500 S Main St, Suite B. Frankenmuth, MI 48734.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached. Shipping charges are not refunded. Final sale on clearance items, opened perfume + hand cream.


Gift Cards expire 1 year from purchase date. Those purchased online are delivered almost immediately via text or email.
